OmeTV alternative: how it compares with WomChat

What OmeTV is (in 2026)

OmeTV (ome.tv) is a random video chat run by Bad Kitty's Dad, LDA, a company based in Portugal, according to its terms of use. It describes itself as an Omegle alternative, is open to adults only and pairs you with people at random — you can pick a country and set your gender, but its FAQ says it doesn't offer gender-specific filters.

Signing in uses Facebook, VK or Google and adds profiles and friends. The website is free to use; the Android app adds an optional subscription called VIP Lounge with social features. OmeTV also offers a message translation feature.

OmeTV vs WomChat at a glance

Both are random one-to-one video chats for adults. The main differences are who you meet and how you get started:

Why people look for an OmeTV alternative

The most common reasons are simple: people want to meet women rather than take their chances with fully random matching, prefer not to log in with a social account, or want something that works on iPhone without hunting for an app.

There's also a safety angle. In October 2025, Apple and Google removed the OmeTV app from their Australian stores after action by Australia's eSafety Commissioner. Whatever service you use, moderation and adults-only rules matter — read our video chat safety tips.

Switch to WomChat in three steps

There's nothing to install:

1. Open WomChat in your browser on your computer or phone
2. Allow camera and microphone access (camera not working?)
3. Choose your gender, press start and say hello

Which one is right for you?

If you enjoy fully random encounters with anyone online and want social profiles, OmeTV may suit you. If your goal is to meet women from other countries in a private one-to-one chat, with verified profiles and nothing to download, WomChat is built exactly for that.
