The service
womchat.net provides information about random video chat and gives you access to a live video chat operated by a third-party technology partner. Use of the chat itself, including any account, premium features and payments, is also governed by the partner's terms, shown inside the chat.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our community rules: respect other users, do not harass, threaten, scam, spam or share illegal content, and do not record or publish others without consent. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.
Premium features
Optional premium features may be offered inside the chat. Prices, billing and cancellation are handled by the chat provider and shown clearly before any purchase.
Liability
Conversations happen between independent users. We cannot guarantee the behaviour of every person you meet, and you use the service at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
